Job Overview: We're on the lookout for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team and be a key player in driving the marketing strategies for OEG and its brands in target markets. This role demands a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain websites, newsletters, emails, social media campaigns
  • Develop engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, and email campaigns, ensuring alignment with OEG's brand voice and objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and partners to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure consistency in messaging.
  • Generate regular reports on marketing activities, contributing to data-driven decision- making.
  • Support communication with partners, including education agents, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
  • Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives
  • Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brand
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitors, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
  • 2 - 3 years' experience in marketing/brand management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in using social media platforms and marketing tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Note: This role requires working in Canadian (Toronto) timezone.
