Job Duties & Qualifications: Job Duties & Qualifications: The role is responsible for delivering effective, on-brand and on-strategy digital assets for virtual events, webcasts, websites/microsites, email templates, social media posts, digital ads and videos that attract attention and drive engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong digital design background and can seamlessly transform a concept into an engaging digital asset that aligns with established brand standards. They have a passion for digital technologies, are excellent communicators and inter-departmental collaborators and have the ability to effortlessly manage tasks in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment. They are experts in the tools used in the digital design world including HTML5. We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal Graphic Designer will be able to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities
  • Work with Manager of Design and Creative and collaborating with digital team to translate marketing requirements into compelling digital designs and campaigns
  • Create and update online banners, landing pages, event websites and other media ensuring designs are aligned with usability, accessibility, and web standards
  • Manage project requirements and take ownership of assigned projects from end-to-end producing error free work
  • Produce all digital campaign assets across multiple platforms including digital banner ads (static and animated) and redirects
  • Create eye-catching email layouts that drive higher levels of engagement
  • Execute social media graphics with an understanding of best practices across various platforms
  • Develop video storyboards and collaborate with internal and external resources on video production
  • Maintain and ensure visual brand consistency across all channels
  • Work collaboratively with people both inside and outside the creative department to understand goals and contribute creative solutions for driving business growth
  • Prioritize and manage a diverse workload
  • Participate in brainstorming and kickoff meetings to develop innovative solutions
  • Identify, implement, streamline and maintain efficient processes and procedures that will increase productivity and quality of creative deliverables
  • Keep up with design and digital trends
  • Ensure best practice digital design, HTML build and digital usability knowledge including mobile UX and UI understanding
Who You Are:
  • Designer with 3-4 years of experience, passion and drive to inspire everyone around them
  • Keep up with design and digital trends
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite most importantly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator (standards, best practices)
  • Keep up with design and digital trends
  • Strong knowledge of digital design including customer experience, social and email design best practices
  • Keep up with design and digital trends
  • Expert knowledge of HTML5 and front end coding skills with the ability to produce and code animated banner ads and emails
  • Keep up with design and digital trends
  • Experience designing web assets, display ads, social banners
  • Keep up with design and digital trends
  • Experience in video production and editing, animation and event marketing strongly preferred
